Oracle ARCS and FCCS Consultant

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant with expertise in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Transaction Matching. The candidate should be capable of leading reconciliation transformation initiatives and supporting global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle ARCS modules.
• Design account reconciliation workflows and certification processes.
• Configure Transaction Matching rules, matching types, and auto-reconciliation processes.
• Define security, approval workflows, and compliance controls.
• Build integrations with ERP and source systems.
• Conduct data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Support month-end close and reconciliation optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of Oracle EPM experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Oracle ARCS implementation/support experience.
• Strong experience in:
  • Reconciliation Compliance
  • Transaction Matching
  • Profiles and Matches
  • Data Integration/Data Management
  • Reports and Dashboards
• Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred.
• Experience supporting global close processes.
• Oracle ARCS Cloud certification is an advantage.
