About the role
Must Have
- Windows workstation OS installation, troubleshooting issues. Laptop preparation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installation and troubleshooting applications like Microsoft office, Visual Studio. Working in ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.
- Good communication skills, clarity in understanding requests and correctness in sending responses.
- Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, CrowdStrike and other security endpoints.
- Self driven and interested in fixing application related issues.
- Zoho End Point central / Mange Engine End Point central for end point management or any other remote tool.
Good to have
- Knowledge in Zoho helpdesk
- Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, servers.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure
