About the role

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong focus on cold calling to support outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in US/Australia markets
  • Introduce company services and generate initial interest
  • Qualify prospects based on basic criteria (need, role, relevance)
  • Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM
  • Work on daily/weekly calling targets and activity goals
  • Collaborate with Account Executives/ Sales Executives for smooth handover
  • Stay updated on company offerings (AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, GCC)
