HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and want to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Maintain HR databases and attendance records
• Assist in payroll coordination and HR operations
• Support employee engagement and HR activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
• MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (HR) / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
• 0–2 years of experience in HR
• Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome
• Internship experience in HR is a plus
