Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for USA & UK markets
- Gather and analyze client requirements and market insights
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases
- Work closely with international stakeholders and clients
- Monitor product performance and optimize based on data
- Align product features with global market trends and user needs
Required Skills
- Strong experience in product management (10–15 years)
- Understanding of USA & UK market dynamics
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software products
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello
- Knowledge of product analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and customer journey mapping
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E / MBA or relevant field
- Experience handling global or remote teams is a plus
