Sia Experience is the end-to-end marketing and customer experience arm of Sia. Agile and collaborative, our Marketing Advisory Business Line is recognized for delivering high-impact, growth-focused solutions by blending marketing, CX, creative, AI, and deep industry expertise.
As strategic partners, the Marketing Advisory team empowers clients across technology, luxury, consumer goods, finance, energy, and more to scale operational excellence and drive brand-led growth through AI- and data-driven strategies. Our teams lead full-funnel marketing transformations, from strategy and go-to-market execution to experience design, performance measurement, and sustainable impact.
About the Role:
Sia is partnering with a leading technology company to run a high-volume in-app editorial and marketing program across consumer apps and multiple in-app surfaces. We need a program manager with direct experience coordinating content or marketing delivery within consumer apps, from intake and creative development through platform setup, quality checks, and launch.
You will build the tracking systems, run the operating cadence, and keep many concurrent deliverables moving across creative, product marketing, brand, product, and engineering teams. Success requires exceptional organization, hands-on follow-through, and a clear understanding of how content reaches users inside an app. You will also use AI and automation to make program operations more efficient as volume grows.
What You Will Do:
- Own the delivery process for in-app editorial content and marketing placements across multiple app surfaces, coordinating priorities, dependencies, approvals, and launch dates.
- Build and maintain a reliable source of truth for intake, editorial calendars, asset versions, owners, reviews, trafficking status, and launches across a high volume of concurrent work.
- Translate requests into actionable briefs, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities; identify missing inputs and resolve ambiguity before it slows execution.
- Coordinate creative development and trafficking from asset handoff through content delivery system setup, QA, approval, and go-live; verify that approved assets reach the correct placement on schedule.
- Run status meetings, deadline tracking, and targeted follow-ups that keep creative, agency, product marketing, brand, product, and engineering partners accountable.
- Anticipate dependencies and launch risks, escalate decisions with clear options, and communicate changes in scope, timing, or readiness to the right stakeholders.
- Step in to move work forward when needed, including clarifying briefs, consolidating feedback, updating trackers, checking assets, and coordinating missing approvals.
- Adapt communication to each partner's needs and turn working sessions into clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
- Identify recurring bottlenecks and improve the process through templates, clearer handoffs, and automation.
- Use AI to improve operational workflows such as intake triage, tracker updates, status reporting, and meeting follow-ups; validate outputs and retain human review where accuracy or approvals matter.
- Ramp quickly on internal in-app content delivery and campaign management tools, learn their setup and QA requirements, and document repeatable processes for the team.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, content operations, trafficking, or campaign operations, including direct responsibility for programs delivered within consumer apps.
- Demonstrated experience managing in-app content, editorial, or marketing delivery across multiple placements or surfaces. Experience must include delivery inside the app, beyond campaigns that promote an app externally.
- A track record of organizing and shipping a high volume of concurrent work, with clear ownership of tracking systems, delivery cadence, and deadline management.
- Hands-on familiarity with content delivery or campaign management systems and workflows covering asset handoff, setup, QA, approvals, and publishing. Trafficking or ad operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, including catching incorrect assets, missing approvals, placement errors, and dependencies before launch.
- Experience keeping cross-functional partners on deadline without direct authority, with the judgment to escalate blockers and the willingness to help resolve them.
- Clear, concise communication across creative, product marketing, brand, product, and engineering teams.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar internal tools quickly and work comfortably with technical partners.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI to improve operational workflows, with a practical approach to checking accuracy and managing exceptions.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or Jira; ability to design a tracking system around the work rather than rely on a particular tool.
Compensation and Benefits:
Sia invests in total rewards that support how our people work, live, and grow.
- Base Salary: $130,000-135,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.

- Medical, dental, and vision; company-paid life and AD&D; voluntary supplemental insurance and EAP
- 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting; HSA and FSA options
- College savings and student loan repayment programs
- Paid parental leave; generous PTO, nine company holidays, and one floating holiday
- Cell phone stipend; well-being and professional development programs
Benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
Workplace:

Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, and Washington D.C.
