The reality

You ship to production on day 1 — that's our onboarding. You'll own features on apps with 100M+ downloads, debug real user crashes, and your work is tracked daily. Our full-time engineers push multiple releases a week. Match that pace and this will be the most compressed 6 months of learning in your life.

We're AI-first. Codex, Claude, QA automation — all paid, all available from day 1. We expect engineers to leverage AI to the max, not fight it. If "real engineers don't use AI" is your stance, skip this one.

Apply only if

• You've built something real — live Play Store app, or a serious side project with depth (multi-screen, API-backed, proper architecture). Tutorial clones don't count.
• GitHub shows real commits across the last 6+ months — not a wall of green before placements
• You've stayed up past 3am chasing a bug with no Stack Overflow answer
• You use AI tools like a power user — specific workflows, strong opinions

Don't apply if

• You want a 9-to-6 experience
• You need tickets handed to you to make progress
• Your portfolio is college projects and a Udemy certificate

Must-haves

• Something shipped with depth — Play Store app preferred, serious project acceptable.
• Solid Kotlin / Java, Android SDK, Gradle
• Public GitHub with sustained activity
• Fluent with AI dev tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex)

Bonuses

• Jetpack Compose, MVVM / MVI, Retrofit, Room, Coroutines
• Firebase, Crashlytics, analytics
• Optimising for low-end Android — most of our users live there
• Play Store app with real users — 50+ counts, 5k–10k+ is a strong advantage

6 months of full intensity. In return: production experience at 200M+ device scale, mentorship from engineers who scaled Bharat apps to 100M+ downloads, and a full-time offer if you operate at full engineer level.
