What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation

• Deep dive into goML’s delivery models, methodologies, and customer portfolio
• Understand ongoing projects, governance structures, and client expectations
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership
• Review current delivery processes, tools, reporting standards, and best practices
• Identify early opportunities to improve predictability and execution workflows

First 60 Days: Execution & Impact

• Take ownership of multiple projects and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
• Drive core delivery governance including:
  • scope management
  • resource planning
  • timelines and milestone tracking
  • risk identification and mitigation
• Engage with customers regularly to:
  • align on delivery goals
  • manage escalations
  • ensure satisfaction and transparency
• Mentor project managers, coordinators, and technical leads to maintain delivery health
• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment by balancing internal priorities and client outcomes

First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation

• Lead large-scale complex deliveries end-to-end with focus on:
  • quality
  • profitability
  • customer value
  • long-term engagement success
• Build and scale a high-performing delivery team with accountability and collaboration
• Contribute to growth by supporting:
  • pre-sales solutioning
  • effort estimation
  • proposal development
• Identify delivery gaps and implement scalable best practices across programs
• Strengthen goML’s reputation as a trusted partner by delivering consistent outcomes and nurturing long-term relationships

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

✅ Must-Haves

• 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management, ideally in AI / Data / Software services
• Proven success managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong delivery leadership in:
  • planning
  • risk management
  • resource optimization
  • stakeholder communication
• Excellent customer engagement skills:
  • trusted relationship building
  • escalation handling
  • expectation management
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as:
  • JIRA, Trello, MS Project (or similar)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational capabilities

• Certifications such as:
