Sr. Manager - Legal

<h3>What you will do</h3>\n- Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely closure aligned with business objectives.\n- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/technology, and strategic partnership contracts.\n- Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated prior to go-live.\n- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.\n- Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.\n- Act as the legal partner to the People (HR) team on employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and developing, updating, and implementing internal employment policies.\n- Partner closely with business teams to anticipate legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.\n- Engage, manage, and coordinate with external counsel for specialized matters, including due diligence and complex advisory.\n- Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy and process enhancements.\n- Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring frameworks, and overall risk management processes.\n
