• Partner with engineering, product, customer-facing teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to identify technical gaps, define clear solutions, and keep programs on track against committed launch timelines.
• Lead manufacturing partner engagement to ensure completion of key design, reliability, design verification, compliance testing, and reporting activities prior to product launch.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Photonics Design, Hardware Design, Packaging, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to support robust product development and transfer to production.
• Lead internal readiness planning to ensure materials, suppliers, technical documentation, and operational requirements are in place to support ongoing customer program engagement.
• Support supplier technical discussions by ensuring engineering and product teams have the models, technical details, requirements, and decision points needed for successful design execution.
• Partner with engineering and operations to ensure qualified suppliers meet all component validation, reliability, quality, and production release requirements.
• Prepare, present, and document technical reviews, product line updates, reliability reports, and risk assessments for internal leadership and customer-facing engagements.
