We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and result-driven Paid Media Strategist (Paid Ads Specialist) to join our marketing team. Role Overview

In this role, you will be the owner of our paid digital media strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms to connect our clients (and our own brand) with high-intent online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media Strategy: Build, plan, and implement the overall paid digital marketing strategy across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter), and Bing.
• Campaign Execution & Management: Set up and manage end-to-end paid campaigns, from audience targeting and keyword research to bidding strategies and budget allocation.
• Budget Optimization: Monitor and optimize ad spend meticulously to ensure efficient allocation of budgets, keeping Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) low and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Creative Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to craft compelling ad copy and highly engaging visual assets. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure core KPIs using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), native ad platform managers, and CRM software. Provide actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, keep up-to-date with audience preferences, and proactively suggest new, cost-effective digital strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–8 years of proven hands-on experience as a PPC / Paid Media Strategist managing performance marketing campaigns (Agency experience is a strong plus).
• Ad Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM software.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to interpret complex data to make informed, profitable bidding decisions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and communication skills to effectively translate data insights into clear business outcomes.
