Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Services Sales and proven experience in selling technology services and solutions to Banks / NBFC enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the BFS technology landscape, an established client network, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales for IT Services of Josh Software
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Banking and NBFC accounts for selling Josh Services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and closure.
• Achieve assigned Annual and Quarterly revenue and business development targets.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery and Technical teams to create and present client solutions.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Participate in RFP/RFI discussions, commercial negotiations and contract closures.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Software Services Sales.
• Candidates should currently be working with an IT Services / Technology company.
• Proven experience in B2B IT enterprise services sales.
• Experience working with Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and/or NBFC clients.
• Exposure to BFSI technology platforms such as:
  • LOS – Loan Origination System
  • LMS – Loan Management System
  • Digital Banking / Lending / Financial Technology solutions
• Strong existing network and relationships with relevant BFSI decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience of achieving annual revenue targets.
