Pre-Sales

1. AI Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements for AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity transformation initiatives across enterprise accounts.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments, identifying infrastructure gaps, data platform modernization needs, security posture, and compliance readiness.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Create and present reference architectures, solution diagrams, cost models, and migration roadmaps for customers adopting AI platforms.
• Build and execute POCs, demos, and pilots across GenAI, predictive AI, SOC copilots, and automation use cases.
• Develop detailed SOWs, technical proposals, pricing models, and effort estimates for AI and security solutions.
• Maintain hands-on R&D and proof engineering across AI frameworks, cloud AI services, and security automation.

2. AI Infrastructure Architecture

• Design scalable AI-ready cloud infrastructures.
• Architect hybrid and sovereign AI platforms to address data residency and regulatory constraints.
• Guide adoption of Data & AI platform modernization (Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) enabling training pipelines and analytics integration.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep) and DevOps pipelines for platform automation.
• Lead performance, reliability, and cost-optimization strategies for GPU compute, storage tiers, and inference models.

3. AI Security Architecture & Governance

• Design AI security and governance frameworks integrating Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Purview for data classification & lineage, Microsoft Entra ID for AI workload identity protection, and Microsoft Security Copilot for SOC automation.
• Architect controls for data leakage prevention (DLP), prompt security, model injection and poisoning protection, and supply-chain AI risk management.
• Map AI platforms to regulatory requirements including HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, EU AI Act readiness, and data privacy and sovereignty standards.
• Develop solutions for SOC automation using GenAI workflows integrated with Sentinel SIEM and XDR tools.

4. Cloud & Enterprise Security Presales

• Define enterprise cybersecurity solutions using Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, AWS Security Hub, and Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and Prisma Cloud.
• Design solutions for IAM modernization, endpoint detection & response, cloud security posture management, vulnerability remediation automation, and incident response orchestration.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the technical authority bridging sales, delivery, security operations, and AI engineering teams.
• Lead technical enablement for sales teams, solution architects, and engineers on new AI and security platforms.
• Partner with OEMs (Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA) on joint GTM motions, marketplace offers, co-sell enablement, and funding programs and innovation workshops.

6. Sales Enablement & Practice Development

• Build reusable AI solution accelerators and frameworks, including Security Copilot deployment kits, Azure OpenAI governance templates, MLOps landing zones, and SOC AI automation playbooks.
• Author and maintain case studies, demos, and thought leadership assets targeting executive buyers and CISOs.
