Role Brief
As an Associate in Client Engagement, you won’t just be answering emails or maintaining client accounts. You will be managing relationships that drive global movements.
We are looking for someone with a combination of business acumen, analytical sharpness, and a genuine hunger for social impact. You will partner with volunteering champions at Fortune 500 companies worldwide, helping them realize their CSR goals, pitching innovative programs to maximize accounts, and ensuring our global corporate partnerships thrive for the long haul.

- Internal Synergy: Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating tightly with our operations and category teams to execute flawless experiences.
3. Growth & Retention Engineering
- Scale the Revenue: Meet (and confidently exceed) account expansion targets within your designated business pod by introducing clients to fresh, high-impact programs.
- Minimize Churn: Proactively flag delivery risks and construct proactive solutions to keep client retention near perfect.
