Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for operationalizing and supporting Goodera's events for our large enterprise client, through meticulous data management, cross-functional coordination, and logistics tracking. In this role, you will maintain central event trackers tailored to the needs of the client, bridge communication between internal teams and CSMs, ensure the timely dispatch of materials, and create clear event briefs. You are the go-to person for resolving last-mile issues and maintaining absolute accuracy in internal systems to enable successful, high-scale event delivery for this account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.
• Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).
• Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution.
• Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of event materials.
• Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.
• Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and Know Before You Go (KBYG) documents to ensure excellence.
• Act as the liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams, resolving last-mile issues related to shipments, collaterals, or other event requirements.

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Up to 4 years of full-time work experience
• Passion for social impact and belief in the impact that can be delivered by purpose-led engagement of the workforce
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator who can coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and internal tools to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
