Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver process and technical training programs for Business Operations teams through instructor-led sessions, guided learning, and self-paced resources.
• Assess learning needs, identify capability gaps, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Support employee learning journeys end-to-end, including New Hire Training (NHT), post-training reinforcement, refresher programs, and ongoing skill development initiatives.
• Partner with subject matter experts and operational stakeholders.
• Stay current on process updates, tools, and operational changes, translating new developments into practical learning interventions and enablement initiatives.
• Contribute to broader Training & Development initiatives, collaborating with trainers and cross-functional teams to strengthen company-wide capability building.

Eligibility Criteria -

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience.
• Exposure to training, coaching, knowledge transfer, onboarding, process improvement, or employee development initiatives is preferred.
• Strong thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
• Basic familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools.
• Strong/ Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, professional in their approach, and passionate about learning, capability building, and helping others succeed.
• Willingness and flexibility to operate in a night shift environment, aligned with business requirements.

• Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
• Ready for a video call at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining human connection while working from Anywhere.
• Good Internet speed (above 50 MBPS download and upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).
• Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues).
