Senior Global Talent Sourcer

Who we are:

Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster.

Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a Senior Global Talent Sourcer for a 6-month direct contract to build proactive talent pipelines across India and the UK, while supporting US searches as needed. You'll own the top of the funnel, from role intake and sourcing strategy through talent mapping and outreach, and deliver qualified pipelines to recruiters.

• Global Sourcing: Own sourcing strategies for priority roles across technical and business functions, with a focus on Engineering and Security.
• Talent Research: Identify talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, open-source communities, referrals, and professional networks.
• Talent Mapping: Create talent maps and provide market intelligence on talent pools, target companies, and competitive landscapes for hard-to-fill roles.
• Recruiting Partnership: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles, sourcing strategies, and outreach approaches.
• Candidate Engagement: Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach strategies to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
• AI & Automation: Use AI, automation, and sourcing technology to improve productivity and scale sourcing efforts.
• Data & Insights: Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics and use data to improve sourcing strategies and outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on talent sourcing experience, ideally in a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent, particularly across Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure, and supporting non-technical roles as well.
• Expert passive sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray search, and creative research.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple geographies, with the ability to adapt sourcing strategies to different talent markets.
• Experience building talent maps, competitive intelligence, or market research for hard-to-fill roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI to solve real sourcing or recruiting problems, with examples of how it improved your work—not simply using AI for job descriptions or outreach.
• Effective outreach and candidate engagement skills, particularly with senior passive talent.
• Proven ability to independently own sourcing strategy for difficult searches, from target-company identification and talent mapping through outreach and pipeline delivery.
• Comfortable experimenting with new sourcing channels, research techniques, and tools.
• Understanding of data privacy and responsible sourcing practices.

At Endor Labs, we:

• Go to extraordinary lengths to distinguish ourselves through world-class work.
• Prioritize quality over speed, and speed over scope.
• Desire working with deeply kind, mission-driven people.
• Strive to make the complex simple.
• Use first principles to debate ideas, test assumptions, and make decisions.
• Seek the truth by putting data above opinions.
• Assume good intent and give tactical feedback to help each other get better.
• Hold no ego—when our customers win, we all win.
