Job Description

The Travel Desk & Visa Processing Executive is responsible for handling employee travel arrangements and end-to-end visa processing. This role supports employees with travel bookings, visa documentation, and coordination with travel vendors and immigration consultants, while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international travel for employees
• Book flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and local transportation
• Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best options
• Share travel itineraries and travel-related information with employees
• Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations
• Support employees with travel-related queries and issues
• Maintain travel records and cost details

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in travel desk and visa processing roles
• Basic knowledge of visa procedures (US, UK, Schengen, GCC, etc., as applicable)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requests and work under deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and record keeping
