PMS Operations Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management:

  • Manage trade execution and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and reconcile PMS transactions, including equity, debt, and other asset classes.

• Portfolio Administration:

  • Manage account setups.
  • Manage corpus and transaction accounting.
  • Track and update corporate actions like dividends, bonuses, and splits.

• Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies.
  • Prepare and review client reports, portfolio statements, and other MIS reports.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.

• Reconciliation and Monitoring:

  • Perform regular reconciliations of client portfolios with custodian and depository statements.
  • Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of client assets.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes.
  • Work closely with technology teams to implement enhancements.
