The Role

We are looking for a Senior RFP Response Writer to own our responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs for contingent workforce services from Fortune 1000 clients, MSPs and government agencies. You will work US Pacific hours and partner closely with the VP of Sales, finance and delivery teams to deliver every bid on time, fully compliant and built to win.

What You Will Do

• Review incoming solicitations, prepare bid summaries, support go/no-go decisions and manage the bid calendar.
• Write, edit and assemble tailored, compliant responses, including MSP and VMS supplier questionnaires.
• Build compliance matrices, track addenda and submit through government and enterprise portals, including SAM.gov.
• Gather pricing and rate card inputs (bill rates, markups, MSP fees) for finance and sales approval.
• Maintain our content library and RFP software (Loopio, Responsive or similar).
• Register and maintain Denken as a supplier on enterprise, government and MSP portals (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, state and city portals).
• Research prospects and issuing organizations for bids and outbound sales, and update records in Freshsales CRM.

What You Bring

• 5 to 8 years of RFP or proposal writing for US clients, including hands-on experience responding to contingent workforce or staffing RFPs (required).
• Experience with US government solicitations and portal submissions.
• Excellent written US business English and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent bids against fixed deadlines.
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift from our Begumpet office.

Nice to have: MSP/VMS experience (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday VNDLY), knowledge of staffing pricing terms, healthcare staffing proposals and Freshsales experience.
