Dandy is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company, based in our Provo, Utah manufacturing facility. The Training Coordinator will support our team of trainers by organizing and scheduling all training activity across our lab and operations teams, making sure every session runs on time, every trainer has what they need, and every new hire gets ramped consistently as we scale.
As Dandy grows, so does the volume and complexity of training and operations teams need. You'll be the central point of coordination between our trainers, department leads, and new hires, building and maintaining the training calendar, tracking attendance and completion, and making sure logistics never get in the way of a great training experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives on keeping multiple moving pieces on track, and enjoys being the person who makes sure everyone is in the right place with the right materials at the right time.
What You'll Do
-
Schedule & Coordinate: Build and maintain the master training calendar across all trainers, teams, and shifts, booking rooms and equipment, avoiding conflicts, and confirming logistics ahead of every session.

Support Trainers: Serve as the go-to point of contact for our trainers, handling calendar invites, reminders, materials prep, and any last-minute changes so they can focus on delivering great training.
-
Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and completion status, and provide regular reporting to department leads and People/Ops stakeholders.
-
Align Across Teams: Partner with department leads and managers to understand upcoming training needs (new hires, refreshers, new processes) and translate them into a realistic, well-organized schedule.
-
Problem Solve: Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, no-shows, and last-minute cancellations, and keep all affected parties informed in real time.
-
Improve the Process: Identify ways to make training scheduling and logistics more efficient as the team and training volume grow, and help implement new tools or processes (e.g., LMS, calendaring systems).
