Python Developer

About The Position:

We are looking for an experienced Python Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python development, messaging systems, production support, and performance optimization. The candidate will lead technical delivery, ensure code quality, drive scalability, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and Python frameworks.
• Experience with Kafka, FMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Production supports experience and proficiency in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Experience in application-level alerting and caching mechanisms.
• Knowledge of AI-DLC and/or AI-assisted development using prompts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of system design, microservices, and distributed architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and AI-assisted development tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Drive system design, solution architecture, and high-level effort estimations.
• Ensure code quality, coding standards, and timely delivery.
• Identify technical blockers and provide effective solutions.
• Oversee production support, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members and participate in organization-level initiatives.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications or a master's degree would be an added advantage.
