Cloud Architect

Role:

The Cloud Capability is the think-tank and engine of Credera's cloud expertise. We leverage cloud-native technologies in AWS, Azure, and GCP to create solutions for our clients.

Within the Cloud Capability, you may work in the following areas: cloud native development, cloud platform engineering, cloud data ingestion, cloud migration & adoption or cloud strategy.

As a Cloud Architect, you will lead project-based teams while serving in a client-facing role. You will act as the primary architect and technical lead on projects to scope and estimate work streams, architect and model technical solutions to meet business requirements, and serve as a technical expert in client communications.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering cloud enterprise solutions across multiple domains in industry or technology consulting.
• You have experience leading a team(s) that develops complex, high-volume, mission-critical enterprise solutions.
• You have a deep understanding of cloud solution architecture in one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• You have a passion for technology and keep yourself up to date on the latest application and cloud development trends across all disciplines.
• You are accomplished at mentoring, leading, and developing others.
• You have effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with customers about their business and technology.
• You can handle complex organizational dynamics to deliver client satisfaction solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

• Native Tooling: AWS Lambda, Aurora, EC2, Fargate, S3; Azure Functions, Queue Storage, Cosmos DB, App Services; GCP Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions.
• Platform Engineering: Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Security Engineering: AWS Cognito, IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub; Azure AD, Advanced Threat Protection; GCP Chronicle, Cloud Monitoring.
• FinOps: CloudHealth, Cloudability, Billing.
• Migration Advisor: AWS DMS, Snowcone/Snowball/Snowmobile; Azure Database Migration Services; GCP Migrate for Anthos and GKE, Data Transfer Services.
• AI Tooling: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI.
• Data & Privacy Engineering: AWS Clean Rooms, Athena, Glue, QuickSight, Redshift; Azure Databricks, Blob Storage, Data Lake Analytics; GCP BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Storage.
• MarTech & AdTech: Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Ads, Azure Synapse Analytics, Google Ads, Google Analytics.

Compensation:

$130,000 - $170,000. The salary range listed is provided for informational purposes only.

Hybrid Working Model:

Employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week and are expected to spend three days in person.

Travel:

For consulting roles, the goal is to minimize travel. The annual average for team members is typically 10%-30%.
