Job Description
About the Role:
This is a senior IC role for someone who wants to run a market, not just a channel. You'll be the single point of accountability for everything marketing does in the US, from demand gen and content to PR, events, and sales enablement.
You won't have a team reporting to you, but you'll orchestrate designers, performance marketers, content writers, PR, and ops specialists (based out of India) to ship US-facing work that moves the pipeline needle. Success looks like a predictable flow of MQLs and sales-accepted demos, with AEs who feel genuinely supported by marketing.
What You'll Own:
- US marketing SPOC: Own the US marketing calendar, roadmap, and reporting. Every US-facing initiative (paid, organic, events, PR, partnerships) runs through you.
- Demand generation: Drive MQL volume and quality through LinkedIn Ads, cold outbound support, content syndication, and partner channels (including our FedEx partnership). Target, track, and optimize CAC and MQL-to-demo conversion.
- Sales & GTM enablement: Be the marketing partner to US AEs. Build battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, demo decks, and ABM plays that help them close. Join pipeline reviews. Feed the SDR motion (including our AI SDR, Kavya) with content and sequences that convert.
- Product marketing for the US: Translate ClickPost's product story into US D2C language: positioning, messaging, website copy, launch narratives. Own competitive intelligence against US-market players.
- Cross-functional orchestration: Brief and collaborate with design, content, performance, PR, and marketing ops. Keep everyone shipping on time and on brand.
- Events & PR support: Partner with the events team on US trade shows and with PR on US media placements, analyst briefings, and thought leadership.
- Measurement & reporting: Own the US marketing dashboard in HubSpot. Report weekly on MQLs, demos done, pipeline influenced, and channel ROI.
KPIs:
- US MQLs (volume + quality)
- Demos done with AEs
- Pipeline contribution and marketing-sourced revenue
- Channel efficiency (CAC, CPL, MQL to SQL conversion)
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful time in growth, demand gen, or product marketing roles
- Proven track record running marketing into the US market, ideally from an India-based team selling into US buyers
- Deep fluency with the D2C, ecommerce, or retail tech ecosystem is a strong plus
- Hands-on with HubSpot (or equivalent), LinkedIn Ads, and modern GTM/AI tooling
- Strong writer, able to own US-market copy without handholding
- Comfortable operating as an IC who drives outcomes through influence, not headcount
- Sharp on metrics, unfazed by dashboards
Why this role:
You'll be one of the first marketing hires dedicated to the US and have the mandate to shape how we show up in the largest post-purchase market in the world. The charter is real, the resources are in place, brand momentum in India is strong, and the executive attention is high.
If you've ever wanted to run a country like a GM while staying hands-on, this is that role.
What You Can Expect:
- Ownership and autonomy: You will have immense ownership and responsibility. You own and drive the execution.
Culture:
- We value velocity in all things we do. You would be expected to move fast, experiment and be updated with the newest technologies
- We give a lot of ownership to our people. There is no micro-management, and you would be expected to own projects end to end
- We have seen people grow super-fast at ClickPost when they focus on the impact of the work, are detailed in their way of working and are willing to take risks
- Our team thrives on transparency.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary with a performance bonus.
Benefits (for full-time roles):
- Health insurance
- Generous vacation policy
- Learning and development budget
- Team events and company offsite
- Company laptop and devices
- Maternity and paternity benefits
