Are you a passionate Personal Injury Attorney looking for a dynamic, high-growth law firm that values your expertise? We are seeking Litigation Attorneys in the DMV area to join our powerhouse legal team. Must be licensed or willing to get licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. within 6 months.

Who We're Looking For:

• Attorneys who are licensed in these states and Federal District of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
• Experience: 0-5 years in experience in Personal Injury as an attorney
• Licensed or able to get licensed in these three areas in 6 months of employment

Responsibilities:

• Handle Pre-Litigation cases
• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Compensation:

Salary for Personal Injury Attorney $100,000 - $150,000 range (Base plus Bonus). *Salary Based on Experience.
