Buyer Relationship Manager

About the role:

To develop or grow the region for the bank auction channel in coordination with the plans set for the business.

Responsibilities:

• To build and maintain relationships with existing buyers/dealers/sellers.
• To be responsible for the business operations of the allocated region according to operational standards.
• To monitor live auctions, training and support to buyers to bid online, ensuring competition & quality during auctions.
• To follow up with dealers for payments and sellers for documentation.
• To coordinate with buyers & sellers for smooth closure of deals.
• To report payment status and daily progress.

Key Performance Indicators:

• TAT for query and escalation management
• Approval Count against Bid Received (Target/Achievement)
• NPS Score, to be measured by an external agency and attributed to the smallest possible unit. Measured as % of target score
• New Buyer Acquisition (Target vs Actual)
• Existing buyer renewals (Target vs Actual)
• TAT for payment collection from buyers (as per buyer SOP)
• Count of payment collection (Target vs Actual)

Required Competencies:

• Basic Exposure of MS Office
• Strong coordination skills
• Fluent in local language
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, go-getter attitude, ready to take challenges.
