What is the team & role about?

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager with strong, proven experience in accounting and auditing both are non-negotiable requirements for this role.

The role will own accounting closures, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and cash-flow monitoring. The Finance Manager will also support the CFO/VP Finance on budgeting, business planning, fundraising, investor reporting, and finance-transformation initiatives.

What will you do?

Accounting, Auditing & Compliance

• Own day-to-day accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, including audit preparation and timely closure of observations.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, taxation, FEMA, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain strong financial controls, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation.

FP&A & Business Partnering

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and working-capital management.
• Partner with business teams to monitor budgets, understand performance, and improve cost efficiency.
• Support the evaluation of new initiatives, unit economics, and return on investment.

Strategic Finance & Automation

• Support the CFO/VP Finance with board reporting, investor updates, fundraising, and due diligence.
• Contribute to ERP implementation, reporting automation, and finance-process improvements.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Technology teams to improve financial-data accuracy and integration.
