<strong>Job Description – Broadridge Impact Fixed Income Post-Trade Consultant</strong>

<strong>Position Overview</strong>

<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Fixed Income Post-Trade Consultant / Business Analyst</strong> with strong expertise in <strong>Broadridge Impact</strong> and post-trade processing. The role will support project teams across <strong>UAT, production support, issue resolution, business analysis, and small enhancements</strong>, requiring a strong combination of functional knowledge and technical/data analysis capabilities.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with <strong>Fixed Income instruments and post-trade processes</strong>, including <strong>clearing, settlement, custody, P&L, stock ledger, factor/rate adjustments</strong>, and structured products such as <strong>MBS, ABS, CMBS and CLOs</strong>.</p>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<ul> <li>Provide functional support to project teams during <strong>testing and UAT phases</strong>, including test scenario development, execution support, defect analysis and resolution.</li> <li>Provide <strong>production and user support</strong> across Operations, Compliance and Technology teams.</li> <li>Analyze business issues and perform root-cause analysis using <strong>Broadridge Impact</strong> and underlying data.</li> <li>Translate business requirements and operational processes into <strong>Impact business flows, use cases and functional requirements</strong>.</li> <li>Support issue investigation through <strong>database queries, data analysis and transaction-level troubleshooting</strong>.</li> <li>Develop business use cases and test scenarios for new business requirements, system changes and small enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Operations, Technology, QA and business stakeholders to resolve functional and data-related issues.</li> <li>Support impact assessment of process/system changes across the <strong>clearing, settlement and custody lifecycle</strong>.</li> <li>Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to <strong>P&L calculations, stock ledger, factor adjustments, rate adjustments, positions and settlement processing</strong>.</li> <li>Participate in requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, defect management and implementation activities.</li> <li>Provide knowledge transfer and documentation of business processes, system functionality and issue-resolution procedures.</li> </ul>

<strong>Required Functional Skills</strong>

<ul> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>Fixed Income post-trade processing</strong>, including:</li> <ul> <li>Trade lifecycle and post-trade processing</li> <li>Clearing and settlement</li> <li>Custody operations</li> <li>Stock/position ledger</li> <li>P&L calculation</li> <li>Factor and rate adjustments</li> <li>Reconciliation and exception management</li> </ul> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Broadridge Fixed Income Processing / Impact</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>Impact clearing, settlement and custody workflows</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with Fixed Income and structured products such as:</li> <ul> <li>Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS)</li> <li>Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)</li> <li>Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS)</li> <li>Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO)</li> <li>Securities Lending</li> </ul> </ul>

<strong>Technical & Analytical Skills</strong>

<ul> <li>Good knowledge of <strong>SQL/database queries</strong> for data investigation and issue analysis.</li> <li>Ability to perform data analysis and trace transactions across different processing stages.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify <strong>root cause and downstream business impact</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to map business requirements and operational processes to <strong>system/business flows</strong>.</li> <li>Experience in creating <strong>use cases, functional requirements, test scenarios and test cases</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to work closely with technical teams for debugging, defect analysis and solution validation.</li> </ul>

<strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong>

<ul> <li><strong>5–10+ years</strong> of experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets, preferably in Fixed Income post-trade processing.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Broadridge Impact</strong> is highly preferred.</li> <li>Experience working as a <strong>Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Production Support Consultant or Post-Trade Consultant</strong>.</li> <li>Experience supporting <strong>UAT, production issues and business users</strong>.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with Business, Operations, Technology and QA teams.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.</li> </ul> <p>This can also be positioned as ““Broadridge Impact – Fixed Income Post-Trade Consultant””, we need someone candidates with very specific Impact experience.</p> </span>
