AI/ML Lead Engineer (6-9 Years Experience)

Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions on AWS, with a strong focus on AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Fraud Detection, and Agentic AI capabilities. Drive end-to-end delivery of intelligent systems, from business problem identification through production deployment and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions on AWS
• Experience in AML and Fraud typologies
• Experience creating and executing simulation models.
• Build predictive, classification, recommendation, forecasting, and optimization models.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive end-to-end AI project delivery from discovery through production deployment
• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool orchestration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Build multi-agent systems for workflow automation and intelligent decision support.
• Develop AI workloads using:
  • AWS SageMaker
  • Amazon Bedrock
  • AWS Lambda
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and governance frameworks.
