SAP FICO ARIBA Functional Subcontractor

Area(s) of responsibility

• Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules.
• General Ledger (GL) :Accounts Payable (AP) :Accounts Receivable (AR) :Asset Accounting (AA) :Bank Accounting :Cost Center Accounting (CCA) :Profit Center Accounting (PCA) :Internal Orders :Product Costing
• Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Support financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions.

Configure and support SAP Ariba modules including:

• Buying & Invoicing : Sourcing ; Contracts Management : Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) : Supplier Risk : Guided Buying

Work on integration between SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP Ariba using:

• CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) : Middleware platforms such as CPI/PI/PO

Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training materials.

• Handle production support incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Ensure SLA adherence and deliver high-quality support.

5-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience in SAP Ariba Network and supplier collaboration.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and solution design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
