We are looking for exceptional fresh engineering graduates who want to build products—not just write code—and start their career in Product Management.

The Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of technology, AI, business, and customer problems.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, Data, Sales, and Customer teams to identify problems, define solutions, and build products used by large global enterprises.

This is an entry-level Product Management role designed for exceptional engineering graduates. Prior Product Management experience is not required.

What matters is your technical depth, problem-solving ability, product thinking, curiosity, and ability to learn and execute quickly.

What You Will Do

• Understand customer and business problems and translate them into product opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows, and product specifications.
• Break complex problems into simple, actionable product requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to build and launch product capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI and Data teams to identify opportunities to apply AI to enterprise workflows.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Define product features, use cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Participate in product discovery, prioritization, sprint planning, and product reviews.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts where appropriate.
• Experiment with Generative AI and AI Agents to discover new ways of solving customer problems.
• Make product decisions using structured thinking, data, and customer insights.
• Own product initiatives from problem definition through execution and launch.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• B.E/B.Tech Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2027 fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand complex problems and simplify them.
• High curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong ownership and bias toward execution.

Strongly Preferred

• Hands-on experience building software applications, APIs, AI/ML projects, or technical products.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or Agentic AI.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, open-source projects, or technical communities.
• Experience building a product or side project from idea to implementation.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud, microservices, or modern software architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to take an idea from problem → solution → prototype → execution.
