- You act like an owner, operating with high integrity and a strong bias for action while seamlessly shifting between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve mission success.
- You are a proactive problem-solver who is energized by complex challenges and dedicated to delivering high-impact solutions.
- You are a high-trust collaborator, passionately supporting team achievements and fostering trust through constructive, candid, and respectful feedback.
- You are an active learner with a true growth mindset, continuously seeking out feedback and professional development to elevate your contributions and support your teammates with purpose.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- 15+ years of corporate tax experience with a proven track record combining Big 4 public accounting and large multinational corporate tax department leadership
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license with comprehensive subject matter expertise in US GAAP Tax Accounting (ASC 740)
- Extensive technical proficiency in U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax laws, with proven experience coordinating tax provision processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated experience leading, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing global team of tax professionals
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
- Master's Degree in Taxation or LLM
- Advanced proficiency in Excel tax modeling and hands-on experience with specialized tax provision software (e.g., Corptax, OneSource Tax Provision)

- A proven track record of championing and implementing process improvement initiatives to scale a global tax function
