About Zippee\nZippee is building Indias #1 Quick Commerce Logistics for consumer brands.\n\n### Role:\nWe're looking for talented & experienced Warehouse Managers for FC Operations in Rajahmundry.\nIncredible yet challenging opportunity to work with Operations team at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup to drive meaningful impact.\n\n### Responsibilities:\n- Help oversee Same-Day Delivery FC operations in Rajahmundry while managing FC/delivery fleet teams.\n- Own all aspects of Warehouse FC & last-mile operations such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, last-mile vendor partnerships, COD management.\n- Lead all metrics related to reliability, customer experience & CPO (cost-per-order) as per business needs, while continuously developing & implementing SOPs (dark store + last-mile) to improve them.\n- Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to Management.\n- Help create a rockstar culture amongst your team to scale to profitability.\n\n### Qualifications:\n- 3-6 years of Operations/Supply Chain Management experience at Quick Commerce/E-commerce warehousing/logistics companies like Xpressbees, Ekart, Delhivery, EcomExpress, Blinkit, etc.\n- Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.\n- Must have an owner's mindset.
