Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Zippee is seeking talented Financial Analyst for reporting, revenue and cost analysis, budgeting, and profitability tracking.

The role will work to drive financial efficiency, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we're not for everyone.

This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Track and prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor the profitability of Zippee dark stores and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare budgets for all departments and track actual expenses against budgets.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend cost optimization measures.
• Build dashboards and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Management with a specialisation in Finance.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Business Finance reporting and P&L management.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive cost optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
