Management Trainee - Dark Store Operations

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Dark Store Operations to join our fast-paced operations team in Gurgaon. This role is designed as a launchpad into operations leadership, where you will work closely with senior team members to learn, execute, and optimize daily dark store operations.

This is a high-energy, execution-focused role suited for individuals who thrive in unstructured environments and are eager to take ownership from day one.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day dark store operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
• Support 2-hour / same-day delivery fulfillment to ensure high service levels and accuracy
• Work closely with the operations team to maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability
• Help monitor and improve SLAs such as order fulfillment time, picking accuracy, and dispatch timelines.
• Assist in inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and COD handling
• Support manpower planning, shift coordination, and workforce productivity tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, delivery partners)
• Identify operational issues and proactively suggest improvements
• Maintain daily reports (MIS) and provide insights to the management team

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Operations.
• Experience in B2B, logistics, e-commerce, or startup environment preferred.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and lead generation.
