About the Role

This role(Technical recruiter) requires a sourcing-first recruiter with deep expertise in identifying and hiring mid-level engineering talent across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI domains. The ideal candidate is AI-savvy, leverages modern recruiting technologies, and excels at building proactive talent pipelines for niche technical roles.

What You’ll Do

• Candidate Sourcing, Tracking & Experience: Drive proactive sourcing for Software Engineers (SE), Senior Software Engineers (Sr. SE), Full Stack Engineers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other mid-level technology roles.
• Candidate Assessment & Placement: Assess early-career and technical talent through structured interviews and assessment centres.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory: Partner with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to understand hiring priorities, technical competencies, and evolving skill requirements.
• Hiring Manager Enablement: Guide stakeholders on delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You Bring

• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s / MBA in HR or related fields preferred. 4–6 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, GCCs, or technology organizations.
• Key Skills: Strong sourcing and pipeline-building expertise. Consultative stakeholder management across business, HR, and global teams. Candidate assessment and structured feedback management. High attention to detail with strong data and reporting hygiene. Customer-first mindset with a bias for action and accountability. Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-dependency environments.
