About the Role
At Zinnov, knowledge is not documentation. It is strategic capital.
As an Associate – Knowledge Management, you will help architect, govern, and scale an AI-enabled knowledge ecosystem that powers marketing, thought leadership, and enterprise impact. This role sits at the intersection of information architecture, automation, analytics, and AI. You will work closely with the KM Lead to transform how institutional knowledge is captured, structured, discovered, and activated across marketing systems and repositories.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Knowledge Architecture
- Manage and optimize SharePoint Online and enterprise knowledge portals.
- Design scalable site structures, permission models, and workflows.
- Build metadata schemas, taxonomy frameworks, and tagging standards.
- Improve enterprise-wide discoverability and search performance.
- End-to-end Content Management
Governance & Lifecycle Excellence
- Define and operationalize content lifecycle frameworks.
- Audit repositories and eliminate redundant or outdated content.
- Standardize documentation formats and knowledge templates.
- Ensure compliance with governance and information standards.
Analytics-Led KM Optimization
- Build dashboards tracking repository usage, search success, and content contribution.
- Translate usage data into structured improvement plans.
- Identify knowledge gaps and improvement areas through data-led diagnosis.
AI-Enabled Knowledge Transformation
- Apply AI tools for auto-tagging, summarization, and intelligent Q&A.
- Support implementation of LLM-driven search and recommendation systems.
- Assist in prompt design, evaluation of AI outputs, and governance frameworks.
- Explore multi-model AI use cases across text, documents, and structured data.
Stakeholder Enablement
- Partner with SMEs to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into reusable assets.
- Conduct knowledge harvesting and documentation workshops.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Knowledge Management or content systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online or enterprise KM platforms.
- Experience in metadata design, taxonomy creation, and workflow configuration.
- Understanding of knowledge lifecycle and governance frameworks.
Key Skills
- Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and LLM concepts.
- Familiarity with NLP use cases such as classification and entity extraction.
- Experience using AI productivity tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with Excel or Power BI proficiency.
- Structured thinking and strong systems orientation.
What Success Looks Like
- Marketing knowledge becomes easier to discover and reuse—strong taxonomy, cleaner portals, and better search success.
- Repositories stay governed and current—redundant content reduces and lifecycle routines run predictably.
- Adoption improves—teams contribute more consistently and rely on KM assets in daily execution.
- AI enablement compounds—auto-tagging, summarization, and Q&A reduce manual effort and improve speed-to-insight.
- Reporting becomes decision-ready—dashboards show what’s used, what’s missing, and what to improve next.
