About the Role
As an Associate – Employer Branding, you will support employer branding, communications, and talent attraction initiatives for Zinnov and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role is designed for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about content creation, digital marketing, communications, and storytelling.
You will work closely with Senior Associates, Consultants, Managers, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to support research, content development, campaign execution, employee branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing programs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn employer branding within a consulting environment while building expertise across branding, communications, and talent strategy.
What You'll Do
Research & Insights
- Conduct research on employer branding, talent markets, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to support client projects and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and insight-driven deliverables.
- Track employer branding and recruitment marketing trends across industries.
Content Development & Storytelling
- Support the creation of content for LinkedIn, blogs, careers pages, employee stories, and employer branding campaigns.
- Assist in developing thought leadership, leadership, and culture-related content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Support editorial planning and content calendar management.
Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support the execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign activities across social media, events, partnerships, and talent communities.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain campaign trackers.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
Social Media & Employer Brand Presence
- Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers pages, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in publishing and managing employer branding content.
- Track engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Help maintain consistency in employer brand messaging across channels.
Employee Branding & Engagement
- Support employee advocacy and internal branding initiatives.
- Assist in creating communication assets for employee engagement programs.
- Help capture and amplify employee stories, leadership achievements, and organizational milestones.
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders on employee branding initiatives.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, documentation, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
- 0–2+ years of experience in employer branding, communications, content marketing, digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or related fields.
- Internship or project experience in branding, communications, marketing, or content creation is desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content development, and digital marketing fundamentals.
