Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program management for assigned customers and product portfolios.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from RFQ through production ramp-up.
- Lead program review meetings and monitor execution against KPIs.
- Resolve cross-functional issues impacting delivery and customer commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor program profitability, revenue, margins, and cost performance.
- Support quotation, pricing, cost analysis, and business case preparation.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and process optimization.
- Review forecast accuracy and manage customer demand changes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Program Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Establish performance goals and succession planning.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing, or Electronics Manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or PGDM is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing multiple customer programs.
- Exposure to automotive, consumer electronics is an advantage.
