Pega Operations Specialist
Role Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of Pega applications and platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support Pega production environments and business-critical applications.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.
- Manage deployments, releases, and environment health checks.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain system availability, security, and operational documentation.
- Support capacity planning, system upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting Pega applications in production environments.
- Knowledge of Pega platform architecture, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, databases, and middleware technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
