Job Description
Administrative skills:
- The candidate should be well versed with the Sales & Customer Insights (previously, Marketing) apps
- Adept on administration & configuration on Dynamics 365 with comprehensive knowledge on OOTB security mechanisms.
- Good working knowledge of SQL – Should be able to write basic joins and perform bulk DML operations
- Familiarity with XRM Toolbox
Development skills:
- Javascript
- Power Automate
- Plugins (C#)
- Business process flows
- Fundamentals of Agile with exposure to DevOps tools like Azure DevOps
Good to have but not mandatory:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management
- Familiarity with Azure Portal (basic administration) & Azure Synapse (for data pipelines)
Soft skills:
- Good written and verbal communication
