Head of GRC Products

About Zania:

Zania builds AI agents that help security, compliance and risk teams do their work faster and more accurately. Our customers use Zania to automate governance, risk and compliance (GRC) work that has traditionally been manual, time-consuming and error-prone.

About the role:

As Zania expands from a single product into a portfolio of GRC products, we are creating a new role to lead that portfolio. The Head of GRC Products owns strategy and direction across our risk, compliance and third-party risk management (TPRM) products, making sure they work together as one platform and deliver measurable outcomes for customers. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with engineering, sales and customer teams.

What you will do:

• Own the strategy and multi-year vision for Zania's GRC product portfolio, including risk, compliance and TPRM.
• Decide how investment is prioritized across product lines, and how the products connect into a unified platform.
• Define portfolio-level goals for adoption, retention and revenue contribution, and report progress to the CEO.
• Partner with engineering leadership on roadmaps for each product line, grounded in customer and market needs.
• Work with sales and customer teams on enterprise deals, proof-of-concept engagements and expansion across products.
• Track regulatory and market changes in GRC and TPRM to identify new product opportunities.
• Build the processes, metrics and playbooks needed to manage a multi-product portfolio as Zania scales.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in product leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, security, GRC or risk.
• Experience managing multiple products or product lines at the same time.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks or third-party risk management.
• Strong judgment and communication with executives and customers.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI or machine-learning products.
• Experience integrating separate products into a single platform.

Compensation and benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $240,000 to $280,000 per year. Final pay is based on experience, skills and qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity.
