As a Lead Technical Consultant, you bring technical expertise with strong client-engagement skills.

You understand the complexities of enterprise banking environments, from core systems and data integrations to modern SaaS architectures.

You will bring hands-on engineering experience and customer empathy to every engagement.

This role blends technical delivery and customer advocacy.

Solution Implementation and Delivery Excellence

Design and build enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer and platform requirements.

Ensure solution quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to standards.

Lead technical tasks from requirements gathering through deployment.

Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them efficiently.

Customer Engagement and Technical Partnership

Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Translate business objectives into technical designs and configuration approaches.

Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and demonstrations to build client confidence.

Support delivery and ensure a seamless transition from implementation to production.

Maintain ongoing engagement with customer technology teams to support solution stability and evolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement

Collaborate with Product Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to align implementations with Zafin's platform strategy and standards.

Identify reusable patterns and best practices that support continuous improvement.

Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and communities of practice.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers or consultants.

Operational Support and Quality Assurance

Assist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Monitor production performance and coordinate with Operations teams to support uptime and data integrity.

Document and report key implementation learnings for future improvements.

Must Have

Minimum 9+ Years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Engineer, preferably in SaaS or banking-technology implementations.

Experience and strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle, integration patterns, and modern API architectures.

Knowledge of cloud concepts, with Azure preferred, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with banking systems and data-integration frameworks in enterprise financial-services environments.

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions or integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.

Demonstrated client-facing experience managing technical discussions, requirements, and expectations.

Experience in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum and TDD/BDD.

Experience troubleshooting complex, distributed systems in production environments.

Application-development experience in large enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.
