SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to support and maintain enterprise business applications, automate workflows, and assist with SharePoint Online migration activities.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation, customization, permissions management, and content migration
• Ability to migrate SharePoint content between environments using tools like ShareGate or AvePoint
• Development and modification of Power Apps (Canvas Apps preferred) for business process automation
• Building and maintaining Power Automate flows for workflow automation and system integrations
• Integration experience with Azure services (Azure Blob Storage, Azure connectors) via Power Automate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for SharePoint and M365 integrations
• Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for SharePoint page customization
• Ability to work with SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and document approval workflows
• Good communication skills for working with business users and documenting solutions

Good to Have

• Exposure to Power BI for basic reporting
• Experience with Dynamics CRM integration via Power Automate
• Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

What we are NOT looking for

Solution architects, senior developers with full SDLC ownership, or candidates with AI Builder / advanced SPFx customization experience. Keep the profile practical and execution-focused.
