- Advocate for your Customers: Understand, document, and represent customer needs to internal Wiz stakeholders, and capture feature requests and adoption blockers for Product and Engineering teams.
- Manage your book of business and support revenue objectives: Support and manage a book of up to 15 customers, identify expansion opportunities, assist in securing renewals with sales and renewals teams, drive utilization and adoption targets, identify and action risks, and cultivate relationships from C-level to practitioner.
- Help build and scale a world-class TAM organization: Drive improvements in Wiz's TAM motion, develop documentation, mentor associate TAMs, develop areas of technical subject-matter expertise, and partner cross-functionally to improve processes.

Examples include Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer, and Architect.
