Job Description
Speak with creators every day (calls + WhatsApp/follow-ups) to help them grow on Wishlink by executing the right brand/campaign levers with creators. Work closely with creators to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end: brief alignment, content expectations, timelines, link setup, tracking, and post-campaign learning. Coordinate with internal teams (brand, product, support) to ensure creator campaigns run smoothly and creators get fast resolutions. Handle objections confidently and drive decisions through smart negotiation (commercials, deliverables, timelines, placement, exclusivity where relevant). Use strong customer empathy to understand creator goals and constraints, then craft solutions that improve outcomes for both creator and brand. Track creator performance using Excel/Sheet and other analytical tools (daily reporting, funnel/ROI insights, cohorting, identifying what’s working/not working) and use insights to improve how we manage creators Create repeatable playbooks/scripts for creator conversations so execution is consistent and scalable.
What we’re looking for 1–2 years of experience in sales / key account management / business operations, ideally in the creator ecosystem. Strong preference for candidates from creator marketing agencies, influencer marketing platforms, talent management firms, or creator-focused companies. Excellent Excel + analytical skills: comfortable with tracking metrics, building reports, pivots, identifying trends, and making data-backed recommendations. Confident communicator with strong creator empathy — can understand how creators think and what motivates them. Street-smart and quick on your feet: able to handle dynamic conversations, ambiguity, and fast-moving priorities. Strong problem-solving with a logical, structured approach to ambiguous problem statements. Comfortable with high-frequency, repetitive daily execution (creator calling and follow-ups) and maintaining consistency over long periods.
