Associate Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Growth Associate/Growth Manager to join our New Initiatives Vertical, a team dedicated to building and scaling 0-to-1 experimental initiatives. This role demands a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional data-crunching skills, and a passion for tackling ambiguous challenges. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, exploratory environment and demonstrate the ability to turn strategic concepts into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies for experimental and early-stage initiatives.
• Relentless execution - 70% of the role is operations heavy
• Identify, test, and establish new sales, marketing, and operational channels from the ground up.
• Extensive User Research by Creator Callings - This will be literally be the first task for every new experiments
• Owning up multiple problem statement/project and delivering the results
• Perform in-depth analysis and modeling to validate the feasibility and potential impact of experimental projects.
• Use data insights to iterate and optimize strategies in real-time.
• Design, execute, and monitor high-impact campaigns tailored to 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Continuously experiment with innovative ideas to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement outcomes.
• Not afraid to get the hands dirty when it comes to experimentation
• Work closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Drive collaboration across teams to ensure the successful execution of experimental initiatives.
• This role involves dealing with large set of data, skip applying if you have not already done this in your previous roles

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 3-4 years in business analytics, growth, or strategy roles, preferably in early-stage projects or startup environments.
• Data Expertise: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google App Script or similar) (Mandatory - please do not apply if you don’t know SQL)
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle unstructured problems with logical reasoning and innovative thinking.
• Execution Excellence: Hands-on experience driving results in 0-to-1 or experimental projects, with the ability to pivot strategies quickly.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for understanding user behavior and needs to design impactful solutions.
• AI Adaptiveness: Must have used Claude Cowork/Claude Code on day to day basis to build dashboards, skill and automation flow. Not just Claude Chat
