Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers. Be responsible for revenue retention (NRR) and revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Be proficient with CXO mapping and leading CXO and Founder conversations. Develop an in-depth understanding of WebEngage's complex products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling WebEngage product and service offerings. Educate clients on industry best practices and new features to maximize the value they receive from WebEngage. If you are someone who can find a needle in a haystack, we are looking for you to mine gold from this customer portfolio.

Requirements: 5 - 8 years of end of end Sales experience in the Martech, Adtech, B2B SaaS or B2B solutions space. Minimum 2-3 years SaaS sales with closing targets of 5 crores+ or 600K USD per year Prior experience in the B2B sector is a must Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing or Business). A Masters degree or MBA would be an advantage. Consistent track record achieving quotas/targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data. Self-motivated and driven to learn and adapt.
