Role Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive is responsible for engaging and building relationship with MSME Client viz. Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Distributors, Retailers to explore opportunities and generate leads for sale of Vyapar App subscription Licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily business performance.
• Monitor operations with internal and external partners.
• Manage and improve processes to optimize the output.
• Track targets/incentives to ensure compliance.
• Manage marketing campaigns as part of P&L ownership.
• Suggest product changes for user/agent workflow optimization.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

• P&L / process ownership

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales operation role preferably in a credit company.
• 2 years of experience in managing sales operations team would be preferable.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Education:

• Graduation or equivalent degree (engineering preferred) from a premier institute.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree would be positive
