About Our Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment.
Your Role
As a Compensation Intern, you’ll own a meaningful piece of work within the People & Culture team focused on simplifying compensation data, processes, or insights for the business. You’ll work with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to better understand complex people and pay-related challenges, analyse information, and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or another related field
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented work ethic and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to learn about technology
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, Word and more.
- Demonstrate use of AI tooling for data analysis
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
